There is a new 40k league starting at my local game store. Escalation, with an alternative rule set. First game is 750pts, and my Eldar are hungering for a fight (usually though, they end up biting off more than they can chew).
Here's the list I'll be taking for the first two weeks.
HQ- Autarch - Power weapon, mandiblasters, fusion gun.
Troops- 5x Dire Avengers w/ Wave Serpent - TL Shru. Cannons
5x Dire Avengers w/ Wave Serpent - TL Shru. Cannons
Heavy Support- 4x (2 squads of 2) War Walkers w/ EML
That leaves me 50 points to play around with for upgrades to either my Avenger squads or the vehicles. I'm thinking Spirit Stones on the vehicles would come in the most handy. Then, that leaves me only 30 points.
